Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee Domestic Supervisors, Domestic Assistants, Deep Clean Assistants and pest control.
• Ensure services are delivered in line with NHS Cleaning Standards and statutory requirements.
• Promote staff wellbeing, attendance and performance through welfare meetings and risk assessments.
• Manage staff rotas, service compliance, and walks to monitor standards.
• Lead improvement initiatives via environmental walkabouts.
