Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd is recruiting an experienced Document Controller to support a major energy infrastructure project at Liverpool Bay, focusing on the efficient management and control of technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

You will manage receipt, control and distribution of engineering documents, maintain EDMS, monitor revisions and approvals, and support project teams with best practices. 12-month contract, £320 per day, Outside IR35, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience as a Document Controller.
• Experience managing large volumes of technical/engineering documentation.
• Strong understanding of document lifecycle management and EDMS usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, control and distribution of engineering/technical documents.
• Maintain document management systems, workflows, registers and reporting.
• Monitor revisions, approvals and submissions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide guidance on document management processes to project stakeholders.
• Coordinate handover of project documentation to the client.
