Job summary

United Infrastructure is recruiting a Document Control Manager to support the Energy Team on nationwide projects. You will own all project document control activities, ensuring robust information governance and effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

You will lead the document control processes through the full lifecycle, maintain EDMS systems, control versions, and deliver timely reporting and compliance metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Document Control or Document Management role within infrastructure, utilities, construction, or engineering projects.
• Experience managing or supervising document control activities on major projects.
• Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms such as Aconex, SharePoint, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all document control activities across the project lifecycle
• Act as the primary point of contact for all document management processes and systems on the project
• Support the Contracts Manager and project team with document control strategy, reporting, and process improvements
• Manage document versions and ensure latest revisions are accessible to stakeholders
• Oversee secure distribution and control of project documentation internally and externally
• Maintain project document registers, workflows, and filing structures
• Monitor review/approval cycles and expedite overdue documentation
• Produce regular project reporting on document status and compliance
• Develop and improve document control procedures across the project
• Train and mentor team members on document management systems and procedures
