Qualifications

• Experience in permanent recruitment.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• 360-recruitment capabilities.
• CRM experience with IQX.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing and recruiting candidates for NHS and Private healthcare roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure smooth 360 service.
• Establish partnerships with stakeholders to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Networking to generate business information and convert leads into opportunities.
• Own client-related issues and contribute to quarterly business plans.
