Zusammenfassung

OMass Therapeutics seeks a Discovery DMPK Scientist (Senior Scientist II / Principal Scientist) to advance drug discovery in Oxford. You will apply DMPK expertise to Hit-to-Lead, Lead Optimisation and Candidate Selection, working closely with Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmacology and Bioscience to resolve PK/ADME challenges.

You will design and oversee experiments, translate in vitro ADME data to PK predictions, and develop mechanistic PK/PD models to inform go/no-go decisions while contributing to

Qualifikationen

• PhD or equivalent with strong DMPK expertise and experience across early discovery to pre-clinical/first-in-human
• Significant pharma/biotech CRO experience with DMPK input to project teams
• Proven ability to supervise assay work with CROs or in-house labs and interpret data
• Experience building mechanistic PK/PD models to support decision-making
• Excellent communication and collaborative team-working skills
