Job summary

Isomorphic Labs in London is seeking a senior DMPK Lead to shape strategy across drug discovery projects. You will design DMPK and PKPD plans, integrating data across modalities to deliver high-quality candidates.

You will collaborate with Preclinical, Clinical, and AI Platform teams, author regulatory documents, and lead cross-functional workstreams. The role follows a hybrid model with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• PhD in Pharmaceutical Science or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience as a DMPK Lead delivering high-quality drug candidates.
• Experience supporting DMPK across multiple modalities.
• Deep understanding of drug metabolism, PK/PD, and translational concepts.
• Experience developing DMPK and quantitative pharmacology packages for early clinical development; regulatory document authoring/review.
• Experience partnering with Preclinical and Clinical teams.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
• In-depth knowledge of biotransformation and NAMs in project understanding.
• Strategic thinker with excellent communication across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement stage-appropriate DMPK strategies with an AI-first approach.
• Design screening cascades and mechanistic experiments to support project progression.
• Integrate DMPK, PD and toxicology data to extract decision information including dose/safety windows.
• Define Quantitative Pharmacology strategy with Pharmacology Leads.
• Optimise use of Isomorphic Labs datasets to address DMPK questions.
• Collaborate with Chemistry Leads on molecule design considerations.
• Maintain knowledge of state-of-the-art technologies for human PK prediction.
• Author DMPK sections of regulatory documents.
• Support a culture of inclusion and continuous professional development.
