Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an Associate Scientific Director, DMPK, to lead DMPK strategy across integrated programmes and client projects. The role spans multiple sites in a collaborative setting, with a strong emphasis on scientific excellence and strategic impact.

The position offers hybrid working with ~25% on site and potential part-time options for the right candidate, enabling leadership, client interaction, and business growth within drug discovery teams.

Qualifications

• PhD (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline with extensive DMPK/ADME in drug discovery.
• Proven expertise across in vitro ADME, DMPK, and PK/PD with a track record of solving complex problems.
• Strong client-facing communication skills to present business cases to senior colleagues and clients.
• Experience mentoring and developing scientists, including senior scientists.

Responsabilités

• Lead DMPK strategy and delivery across drug-discovery programmes and client projects.
• Apply DMPK/ADME/PKPD expertise to inform exposure, human PK and dose projections.
• Build strategic client relationships and influence business decisions.
• Mentor and coach DMPK/ADME colleagues to maintain high scientific standards.
