• Strong exposure to SHEQ, risk management and operational governance.
• Excellent client management and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts Managers, Site Managers, Commercial and Technical teams.
• Take overall responsibility for refurbishment, retrofit and fire remediation programmes.
• Drive divisional turnover, profitability and commercial performance.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with senior stakeholders.
• Oversee pre-construction activities and robust financial and operational planning.
• Manage risks across multiple contracts and drive continuous improvement.
