Qualifications

• Significant experience managing fire safety remediation programmes across multiple capital works projects.
• Experience leading capital works from feasibility through to handover and operationalisation.
• Strong programme and project management skills with budget control and value-for-money focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Fire Safety Remediation Programme across multiple capital works projects.
• Lead the delivery of funded capital works from feasibility to completion, handover and operationalisation.
• Manage internally and externally funded remediation schemes.
• Develop future-year Fire Safety Remediation Plans and manage delivery of current-year programme.
• Ensure remediation programmes align with organisational strategy and long-term objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to deliver complex remediation projects.
• Provide specialist knowledge on cladding safety remediation and building safety requirements.
• Drive improvements to processes to enhance project delivery and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with Standing Financial Instructions, procurement regulations and policies.
