HCRG Care Group in Devizes is seeking a Band 6 Community Nurse to join Beacon House. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care in the community, undertake clinical assessments, plan and coordinate care, and work within a multidisciplinary team.

You will be autonomous, uphold NMC standards, supervise junior staff, and contribute to service development through quality improvement. A full UK driving licence and IT skills are essential. 37.5 hours per week with an NHS Pension.

Qualifications

• NMC/1st level registered nurse with valid registration.
• Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and organisational skills; patient-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a car and business insurance.

Responsabilités
