You’ll contribute to production systems that scale across compute platforms and accelerators, delivering high‑volume, real‑time processing.

You’ll collaborate with senior engineers on performance, reliability and deployment strategies, tackling complex workloads and optimization challenges in a demanding, tech‑led setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong commercial experience in Python, C++ or Rust.
• Experience building or operating distributed systems, compute frameworks or high‑throughput data systems in production.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and system design.
• Experience optimising complex systems for performance, scalability or reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise distributed computing frameworks.
• Develop systems for scheduling and distributing workloads across machines and accelerators.
• Build data infrastructure for high-volume, real‑time processing.
• Improve the performance, reliability and resource efficiency of production systems.
• Investigate bottlenecks across complex workloads and infrastructure.
• Work with engineering teams to support demanding compute and data use cases.
• Contribute to technical design, code reviews and engineering standards.
