HIGH PEAK THEATRE TRUST LIMITED is seeking an Development Manager to drive income through trusts and foundations, building a strong, well-qualified pipeline and crafting persuasive applications. The postholder will research funders, translate the organisation’s work into cases for support, coordinate submissions, and manage grants to reporting and renewal.

You will lead small and medium-sized applications and assist the Head of Development on larger bids, while contributing to increased income

Qualifications

• Experience securing income from trusts and foundations.
• Strong written communication and grant management.
• Ability to build a clear fundraising pipeline and compelling applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead on day-to-day trusts and foundations fundraising and manage grants through reporting and renewal.
• Coordinate high-quality submissions and develop a strong pipeline for income generation.
• Support broader fundraising including individual giving streams and a refreshed membership scheme in 2027.
