Job summary

UA92 seeks a senior leader to head Student Outcomes in Manchester, guiding data-informed strategies across continuation, completion and graduate outcomes. You will align with the OfS regulatory framework and drive improvements in equity of outcomes for all students.

You will work with academic and professional services colleagues, delivering actionable insights to the Executive Team and Board while supporting UA92’s growth and impact in higher education.

Qualifications

• Senior-level HE experience across student outcomes, student success, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of the OfS regulatory framework and Condition B3.
• Experience using data, benchmarking and performance insight to improve outcomes.
• Knowledge of NSS, Access and Participation, TEF, graduate outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Student Outcomes team and work with academic areas, Quality, Registry and professional services.
• Take strategic ownership of the approach to student outcomes and translate data into action.
• Coordinate institutional response to the National Student Survey with measurable improvements.
• Provide insight and recommendations to UA92's Executive Team, Board and Lancaster University.
