Job summary

Vistra in Jersey is seeking an Associate Director - Private Wealth to lead client relationships and service delivery for a growing Private Wealth team. The role reports to the Executive Director Private Wealth and is based in Jersey, offering a full-time, permanent position with significant impact on growth and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, with at least 3 years at Senior Manager level.
• Ideally hold JFSC Table 4 qualification; Table 5 preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and advisors.
• Ability to review contracts, financial statements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual relationships and service delivery.
• Primary contact for key client relationships and satisfaction.
• Manage delivery of contracted services to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Review legal and tax advice relevant to service delivery.
• Prepare reports for management and board.
• Assist Sector Head with annual budget review.
• Ensure invoicing accuracy and debt management.
• Lead continuous service delivery improvement.
• Chair meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
