Job summary

Alexander Daniels Offshore Recruitment is seeking an experienced trust professional for a Senior Associate role in Jersey. You will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of complex trusts and private client structures while delivering exceptional client service and mentoring junior team members.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in trust and company administration, strong Jersey law knowledge, and be working towards STEP/CGI or equivalent qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in trust and company administration or financial services
• Strong technical knowledge of trust administration and Jersey company law
• Experience managing private client structures and relationships
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Professional qualification (STEP, CGI or equivalent) or working towards one

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex trusts and companies
• Act as primary contact for client relationships
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements
• Prepare meeting documentation, minutes and client correspondence
• Oversee annual accounts and liaise with accounting teams
• Manage billing processes and monitor aged debt
• Conduct periodic client reviews and maintain accurate records
• Mentor and support junior colleagues within the team
