• Post-qualification experience of 10+ years.
• Board-level experience of 5+ years.

Responsibilities

• Support the MD in setting and delivering the jurisdictional strategy.
• Translate strategy into priorities, plans and execution across the business.
• Lead across the organisation, acting for the MD as required.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and fee income targets.
• Oversee risk, compliance, and policy implementation.
• Lead transformation and scalability initiatives across locations.
• Represent the business in stakeholder meetings and reporting.
