University Hospitals Dorset in Bournemouth is seeking an Associate Director of Patient Engagement and Experience to shape patient voices into strategy. You will lead complaints, PALS, patient surveys and co-design to improve care and equality across the Trust.

Reporting to the Chief Nurse, you will provide strategic leadership for the Patient Engagement and Experience Team, translate national policy into measurable priorities, and drive improvement programmes with inclusive patient involvement

Qualifikationen

• Educated to Master’s level or equivalent experience.
• Management/leadership qualification or equivalent experience at post graduate level
• Evidence of continued professional development
• Registered nurse or other registered professional; alternatively, demonstrable equivalent senior professional knowledge and experience relevant to patient experience, quality governance, complaints, engagement or service improvement.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and implementation of the Trust strategy for improving patient and carer experience and engagement.
• Provide strategic nursing leadership and expert advice concerning patient engagement and patient experience.
• Lead on and facilitate delivery of objectives in the Patient Engagement and Experience Strategy.
• Provide leadership for the Patient Engagement & Experience Team, Volunteer Services, Chaplaincy, translation and interpreting, and volunteers.
• Provide Executive and Board assurance and chair the relevant improvement group.

Ausbildung
