Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Director of Patient and Carer Experience to provide strategic leadership and ensure voices genuinely influence decisions at every level of the organisation. You will be the Trust’s senior professional clinical lead for service user and carer experience, providing leadership across experience, involvement, participation and co-production.

Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional with current registration.
• Evidence of CPD and maintenance of professional registration.
• Academic publication or research activity within healthcare quality, patient safety or service user and carer experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for service user and carer experience.
• Ensure voices of service users and carers influence decisions across the organisation.
• Lead the Service User and Carer Experience Strategy and drive improvements in quality and care.
