Job summary

Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway is seeking an experienced senior leader to join its Senior Leadership Team as the Delivery and Partnerships lead. You will provide strategic direction for thematic and sector support across the region and oversee external partnerships with local and national stakeholders.

Qualifications

At least five years’ experience at a senior leadership level.
Experience contributing to strategic organisational development across multiple priorities in the third sector.
Experience building external partnerships and collaborations, internal and external.

Responsibilities

Provide senior leadership for thematic and sector support teams and assure CEO that commitments to funders are met.
Represent TSDG in key external partnerships and strategic planning groups.
Grow and embed collective and place-based working across the region.
Oversee volunteering and sector training strategies and ensure cohesive sector offers.
Secure continuation and expansion funding and support social enterprise initiatives.
