Job summary

Dumfries and Galloway Mental Health Association (DGMHA) is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to shape, strengthen and lead high‑quality regional services across Dumfries and Galloway. Reporting to the CEO, you will drive strategic direction, operational leadership and performance management.

You will need significant senior‑level experience in adult social care and mental health services, with a track record of transformational change and delivering measurable outcomes within multi‑site

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ senior leadership experience from Registered Manager up with a proven track record of operational management and transformational change?
