Third Sector Dumfries and Galloway is seeking a Finance and Resources Manager to lead a small team within the Business Support team. You will oversee project and core budget development, reporting, financial policy, and systems integration, while coordinating payroll and staff-related activity.

You will work with the Head of Resources and Development and SLT to strengthen financial scrutiny, improve processes, and ensure compliant financial management across the charity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in small or medium-sized organisational finance management.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and internal controls.
• Experience building budgets, monitoring, and reporting on projects and core operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic and operational planning for finances and resources to sustain growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting to SLT.
• Manage financial systems (Zoho) and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
