Job summary

TradingView is seeking a Senior Director for Market Data to own the commercial strategy, licensing framework, and negotiations with exchanges and data providers. You will shape pricing models, oversee enterprise agreements, and drive cost efficiency while aligning with product and legal teams.

Lead a global portfolio economics effort and partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure data strategy supports business growth.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in market data licensing and exchange policies.
• Strong track record negotiating with exchanges and data providers.
• Deep understanding of licensing concepts like display vs non-display, professional vs non-professional users, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global market data commercial strategy.
• Own relationships with exchanges and data providers.
• Lead pricing, tiers, enterprise agreements, and renewal planning.
• Advise on licensing models and usage rights across portfolios.
• Partner with Legal to align contractual requirements with licensing terms.
• Provide senior leadership with clear commercial recommendations.
