Zusammenfassung

Gartner is seeking a Senior Director in the Business and Technology Insights group to lead global thought leadership and market insight initiatives. You will drive strategic investments, develop differentiated frameworks, and engage CIOs and senior executives with pragmatic, evidence-based guidance.

You will mentor analysts, shape research agendas, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely, high-impact insights for clients and Gartner leaders.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
12+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
Ability to develop differentiated thought leadership and practical tools for CIOs and Technology Executives.
Proven experience in valuation, financial forecasting, and strategic analysis for technology investments.

Aufgaben

Create innovative, thought-provoking content and insights for clients.
Develop new insights and actionable approaches to meet client needs.
Analyze root causes of client barriers to drive strategy forward.
Establish Insights positions across a team of analysts.
Present high-value materials at Gartner events and client briefings.
Support BTI and Sales with market voice to drive engagement.
