Gartner BTI is seeking a Director, Analyst to lead industry insights and drive strategic client engagements globally. The role focuses on AI-driven security insights, market predictions, and high-impact thought leadership across Gartner’s events and client briefings.

The candidate will mentor junior team members, collaborate across matrixed teams, and travel up to 25% to meet clients and present research findings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
• Hands-on experience securing AI-driven development of applications including agentic coding and AI-generated code.
• Able to define and articulate emerging best practices for securing AI-enabled applications, specifically managing risks of AI agents, MCPs, and APIs.
• Understanding threat modeling, penetration testing and vulnerability management in the context of AI.

Responsabilidades

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged must-have insights content.
• Develop new insights through thought leadership and provide actionable approaches to clients’ needs.
• Analyze root causes of client barriers and reframing to drive strategy.
• Demonstrate thought leadership across a team of analysts.
• Provide provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders for research agenda evolution.
• Research, analyze and predict market trends to provide actionable insights for clients and vendors.
• Deliver high value presentation materials for Gartner events, conferences, and client briefings.
• Support BTI and Sales by acting as voice of the market to drive engagement with clients.
