Job Summary:

We seek a Head of IT Service Delivery to lead our Global Technology Infrastructure and Operations division, focusing on infrastructure and operations services, stakeholder alignment, and operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Service Management: Develop and implement service strategies, ensure effective delivery within budget, monitor KPIs, and lead operational models.
2. Compliance, Quality & Risk: Implement continuous improvements, ensure compliance, respond to feedback, and enhance end-user experience.
3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead service delivery teams, oversee recruitment and development, and foster a high-performance culture.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, and report on service delivery and operations.
5. Technical Leadership: Oversee design, build, operate processes, infrastructure initiatives, work intake, and operational models.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years managing large teams and managers.
• Strong problem-solving, IT delivery, and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Understanding of service delivery trends, quality, and risk management.
• High-level technical knowledge of Azure, End User Computing, ServiceNow, Network, and Security.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and ITSM frameworks.
• Experience in Financial Services is highly beneficial.
