Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Senior Market Data Compliance Manager to lead the audit and compliance programme for market data usage, licensing, and reporting. You will drive governance, remediation, and data-led improvements across the audit lifecycle, collaborating with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams to ensure contractual and policy alignment.

The role requires strong leadership of an audit function, deep licensing knowledge, and the ability to deliver complex remediation

Qualifications

Significant experience in market data compliance, audit, licensing, and reporting.
Ability to interpret agreements and policy, test client assertions against evidence.
Experience leading people and delivering audits, investigations or remediation.
Familiarity with market data licensing and data usage in buy-side/sell-side environments.

Responsibilities

Own the global audit plan and prioritisation process with a risk-based pipeline across clients, vendors and datafeeds.
Lead and develop auditors and audit support colleagues with clear objectives and coaching.
Oversee on-site and remote reviews covering display, redistribution, delayed data and automated usage.
Ensure audit findings, reconciliations, and closure documentation have a clear evidence trail.
Provide direction on contractual interpretation, commercial policy, licensing issues with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams.
