Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience leading RTM strategy or operations in high‑growth environments.
• Deep expertise across GSI, Cloud Provider, and Distributor models with scaling partnerships.
• Experience transforming or standing up new operational frameworks for efficiency and automation.
• Proven ability to architect data‑centric organizations, auditing data sets and enforcing governance.
• Ability to translate GTM strategies into actionable capacity plans and KPIs for SaaS/hardware models.
• Experience building and leading high‑performing, multiregional teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish a single source of truth for Global Ecosystems data and auditing.
• Implement data governance standards for accurate partner attribution and incentive payouts.
• Design and deliver operational systems for Cloud marketplace and RTM bets.
• Translate GTM and Ecosystems strategies into operational processes and capacity plans.
• Guide partner growth programs and ensure ROI tracking across back‑end systems.
• Improve Distributor/VAR operations with automation and smarter processes.
• Serve as the primary liaison for Ecosystems Operations with the SVP and cross‑functional teams.
