The successful candidate will play a key role in advising our clients on people and workforce challenges, supporting them in developing and implementing solutions that attract, retain, motivate and engage their people. The role requires a strong understanding of reward and compensation, combined with the ability to analyse market trends and data and translate these into practical, commercially focused advice aligned with our clients' business objectives.
