Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive business development/ commercial leadership in regulated industries.
• Five+ years of direct people leadership experience across countries or cultures.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the European commercial strategy across multiple markets.
• Lead and develop a regional business development and account management team.
• Origin opportunities and shape solutions for target accounts as a hands-on contributor.
• Maintain a personal pipeline with actions, value, timing and probability.
• Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Quality and Finance for growth plays.
• Strengthen executive relationships with priority European and global customers.
