This is a high-profile, client-facing role with full accountability for performance, execution, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-country promotional program execution across regulatory, market access, medical affairs, sales operations, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Oversee field team performance, vendor management, and program governance to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Manage project-level P&L and drive operational efficiency across execution layers.
  • Develop and implement strategic launch plans for new pharmaceutical brands.
  • Ensure alignment with contractual KPIs and full risk model obligations.
  • Serve as a strategic interface between commercial, medical, regulatory, and operational teams.
  • Drive performance metrics, coaching programs, and incentive structures to enhance productivity.
  • Champion digital transformation and omnichannel strategies to optimize HCP engagement.
  • Lead adoption of advanced CRM platforms, data-driven insights, and digital engagement tools.
