Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Life Insurance Advisory practice across EMEA, focusing on longevity, biometric risk and PRT pricing. You will build strategic client relationships, develop demographic models and provide guidance on internal model calibration, with emphasis on revenue growth and market leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within life insurance, reinsurance, consulting or other actuarial advisory.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders on demographic assumptions and risks.
• Experience with demographic modelling and internal model calibration/validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deepen relationships with heads of functions responsible for longevity, mortality and other demographic assumptions across EMEA life insurers.
• Advise clients on setting and reviewing demographic assumptions and pricing/reserving or risk modelling methods.
• Lead development of intellectual property for demographic risk and participate in PRT pricing work.
• Identify market trends and contribute to thought leadership and sales strategy.
• Mentor and support other team members within the advisory group.
