Qualifications

• 15+ years Enterprise B2B SaaS CS experience owning large book of business.
• Proven track record in customer retention and expansion.
• Ability to lead and coach senior CS teams across regions.

• Drive CS methodology adherence and ensure tangible business outcomes.
