Job summary

Carbon13 is seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow corporate partnership revenue across its Growth Phase offers and sector themes. You will convert an active pipeline into recurring revenue, sharpening the commercial engine while guiding a small team.

You’ll personally close deals, expand revenues, and refine propositions, with hybrid work from Cambridge and regular travel to Berlin as the European footprint grows.

Qualifications

• Personally originate and close corporate partnerships with £50k+ tickets.
• Existing network of corporate contacts in industrials, energy, construction, or financial services.
• Experience selling innovation access, deep tech, or sustainability propositions to industrial buyers.
• Able to tailor commercial propositions from the current product base.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset in a mid-growth, mid-raise business.
• Strong commercial instincts with strategic portfolio value thinking.
• Comfort with line management of a small commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Deal origination and closing—primary focus.
• Grow corporate partnership revenue—double within 24 months.
• Refine and extend tiered partnership offers.
• Lead and line-manage the Corporate Partnerships Lead.
• Represent Carbon13 externally at events and with partners.
