Job summary

Carbon Clean, a global leader in industrial carbon capture, seeks a Corporate Development Manager in London to drive capital raising, partnerships and strategic transactions. You will craft investment cases, build investor materials, and lead financial modelling across projects and corporate finance.

The role focuses on funding, strategy and inorganic growth, working with the VP and executive team. A strong background in corporate finance within energy/infrastructure is required; hybrid work and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering; MBA/CFA/CPA strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling across project and corporate finance, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience dealing with investor materials, diligence coordination, and working with external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Execute corporate development initiatives across funding, strategy, and transactions.
• Prepare investor, board, and transaction materials (IMs, presentations, supporting analysis).
• Support funder relationships by tracking inbound interest and mapping mandates.
• Co-develop investment cases across financing structures, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
• Manage data rooms and coordinate diligence processes; liaise with banks, legal, and consultants.
• Lead valuation, diligence, and synthesis of recommendations for inorganic growth.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
