This leader will oversee a team of Senior Technical Architects and own a connected strategy that ensures ELT-level AI programs are designed, aligned, and delivered as a coherent whole across the platform landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Eng, IS, or related field with 12+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple programs and aligning them into a coherent strategy.
• Proven ability to mentor senior technical staff and architects.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, data integration, AI-enabled delivery, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the connected technology strategy across strategic initiatives.
• Align initiatives with eight Digital Core Platforms for reuse.
• Lead ELT-level AI programs with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee Senior Technical Architects and set architecture direction.
• Ensure governance, reliability, and documentation across the portfolio.
