Qualifications

• 12+ years life sciences experience with leadership in platforms and large-scale systems
• Experience delivering technology solutions in pharmaceutical/regulatory environments
• Proven track record in people management and talent development
• Experience with data-centric leadership and large-scale omics/clinical data programs
• Proven experience leading product management with strategy, execution and cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead the Targets and Mechanisms Solutions program across Pfizer's R&D, Discovery, Pre-Clinical, and Translational Solutions teams.
• Define the vision for digital targets and mechanisms capabilities and oversee global delivery.
• Drive AI-enabled innovation across research platforms and establish data-driven workflows.
• Ensure GxP compliance and audit readiness of solutions in regulated environments.
• Mentor leaders, foster innovation, and align digital strategy with research needs.
