Role Summary

The Senior Director, Commercial Lead, is responsible for:

  • Executing UK and Ireland Strategy, supporting launch readiness, including onboarding treatment centres in the UK and Ireland
  • Marketing, planning, and execution
  • Assessing commercial potential for new indications like DLBCL, SLE, or MS

This role involves working closely with Commercial, Medical, and other teams to ensure aligned and efficient execution of UK Strategy, focusing on developing launch strategies, onboarding planning, commercial operations, and evaluating pipeline indications.

Key Responsibilities

Execution of UK Strategy

  • Develop a roadmap for launch readiness activities as per UK Strategy plan
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to support UK launch readiness
  • Coordinate UK activities across involved functions
  • Collaborate with Medical team to prepare training materials, including technical and drug-specific modules, RMP, and portal access
  • Ensure feedback is relayed swiftly and accurately within the team
  • Support onboarding activities for Advanced Therapy Treatment Centres
  • Act as project manager for UK launch
  • Lead in pre-launch activities, thought leader relationships, and scientific footprint
  • Lead Marketing strategies related to key customers and relationships

Planning, Business Analytics, Forecasting

  • Provide insights and marketplace information to the organization
  • Improve product forecasts continually
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership across functions
  • Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare laws
  • Provide feedback on market trends and opportunities
  • Operate in compliance with all applicable laws and policies
