Job Description

Our client is a global technology vendor and leader in the development of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solutions and services.

They're looking to hire an experienced sales professional to drive the sales of their award-winning MDM and EMM solutions directly into end customers and through channel and alliance partners.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and qualify opportunities to sell MDM / EMM solutions directly to enterprise customers.
  2. Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement Teams.
  3. Deliver tailored product demonstrations, value propositions, and business cases to key stakeholders.
  4. Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  5. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quarterly quotas.
  6. Develop and nurture relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and system integrators to drive indirect sales.
  7. Conduct joint sales initiatives, co-marketing efforts, and promotional campaigns with partners to expand market reach.
  8. Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the MDM / EMM space.
  9. Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer and market insights.
  10. Attend trade shows and events to showcase the company's products and benefits.
  11. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services and solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or technical sales/pre-sales within the MDM and EMM space.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise mobility, IT infrastructure, and mobile device security challenges.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and navigate large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or system integrators to drive indirect sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels, particularly with C-suite executives and IT stakeholders.
Package Offered:
  • Base Salary - up to £105,000
  • OTE - up to £140,000 (75/25 split)
  • Extensive benefits including pension, healthcare, life insurance, and life assurance.
  • Full remote working with occasional travel to UK head office and customer sites.
