Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience in Clinical Research Organizations or CRO-like environments.
• Proven success in managing and growing strategic accounts within mid-size pharma.
• Strong understanding of global clinical development and regulatory pathways.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales targets with pharmaceutical clients across IQVIA's offering suite.
• Maintain knowledge of IQVIA services for cross-sell opportunities.
• Establish and execute comprehensive sales plans for target accounts.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and networks in the industry.
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to deliver client value and drive contract outcomes.
