Job summary

GSK seeks a Senior Director for AI, ML & Cloud Security in the UK. You will lead a 17-role function across three countries, owning agentic framework design, AI security standards, and cloud governance across Azure and GCP.

You will partner with the Chief Security Office to transform security services from rule-based to AI-driven operations. You will shape strategy, manage vendors, and align with NIST/ISO/EU AI Act in a regulated setting.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in cyber security or AI governance in regulated environments.
• Experience designing and delivering AI security frameworks at enterprise scale.
• GxP awareness and ability to operate with regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Set a three-year plan to move CSO security services to agent-operated delivery.
• Own agentic framework design, trust boundaries and runtime monitoring.
• Lead AI platform security governance across Azure and GCP estates.
• Maintain AI security standards, threat models and incident response.
• Represent CSO to CISO, Enterprise AI leadership and regulators.
• Oversee vendor management and service definitions for the managed service.
