Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Digital Transformation Senior Project Manager in Dartford to lead the trust-wide digital maturity programme, coordinating clinical, operational and digital teams to deliver change that improves patient outcomes and staff experience.

The role focuses on governance, project planning, stakeholder engagement and learning programs, with agile working requiring at least two days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital transformation projects across clinical and non-clinical services.
• Ability to develop governance, project plans, and manage risks.
• Experience in staff engagement and training activities (coaching, Train-the-Trainer).

Responsibilities

• Design and govern project plans, manage milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver digital initiatives.
• Lead on communications with stakeholders and develop engaging communications plans.
• Support changes to clinical pathways to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure handover to BAU with measurement of benefits and continuous improvement.
