Job summary

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is seeking an exceptional senior leader to join the Digital Services Directorate as Strategic Development & Programmes Manager. You will lead a portfolio of digital transformation programmes, providing strategic oversight across the national, contractor and specialist applications landscape and ensuring delivery that improves patient outcomes and staff experience.

Qualifications

• Experienced programme and transformation leader with a proven ability to deliver change within large, complex organisations.
• Significant experience of leading large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong track record of delivering strategic objectives and organisational change.
• Experience of programme governance, business case development and benefits realisation.
• Strong financial, workforce and resource management skills.
• Experience of supplier, procurement and contract management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead and motivate high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

• Leading the development and delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.
• Providing strategic oversight of national systems, contractor services and specialist applications.

• Providing leadership and support to Programme Managers, Business Analysts and specialist programme teams.
