• Proven experience leading digital transformation programmes and delivering strategic outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

• Lead Digital Transformation Programme and related change initiatives.
• Oversee adoption of Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Power Platform across the organisation.
• Develop business cases, benefits realisation plans and governance reporting for executives.
