Job summary

The role sits in Strategy, Programmes & Innovation, providing strategic leadership across national, contractor and specialist applications portfolios, with a strong focus on governance, delivery and benefits realisation.

Qualifications

• Experienced programme and transformation leader with a proven ability to deliver change within large, complex organisations.
• Strong track record delivering strategic objectives and organisational change.
• Experience of programme governance, business case development and benefits realisation.
• Strong financial, workforce and resource management skills.
• Experience of supplier, procurement and contract management.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

• Leading the development and delivery of complex digital transformation programmes.
• Providing strategic oversight of national systems, contractor services and specialist applications.
• Ensuring robust programme governance, risk management and benefits realisation.
• Managing financial resources, workforce planning and programme performance.
• Leading engagement with senior clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.
• Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors and national partners.
• Providing leadership and support to Programme Managers, Business Analysts and specialist programme teams.
