Job summary

Mott MacDonald in London or Croydon is seeking a senior Digital professional to lead information management initiatives, developing our digital offering across the US business while supporting the UK team.

You will drive leadership in digital transformation on major infrastructure projects, collaborating with international teams and traveling to the US as needed. A strong background in civil/structural engineering and ISO 19650 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects in transport.
• Leadership to grow and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Develop and execute Digital Delivery Strategies.
• Deliver projects technically, commercially, and financially.
• Lead the technical delivery of consultancy services.
• Deliver a programme of technical solutions as agreed with the client.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental systems.
• Identify and manage project delivery teams.
