Job summary

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or scientific discipline or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in industrial product design, development and test from concept to deployment.
Experience in requirements development and management translating customer needs to hardware/firmware.
Proven technical leadership in multi-disciplinary projects from concept to deployment.
Experience with SAFe, Agile, or similar product development processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills for knowledge transfer and design traceability.
Curiosity and initiative to explore design alternatives and new approaches.
Ability to collaborate with large, cross-functional teams, including remote environments, to align on design decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine M&D monitoring products with clear understanding of principles and usage.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams to define, design, and develop new system concepts and features.
Work hands-on with electronics, mechanical components, and software integration to iterate early design concepts.
Produce system design docs like block diagrams and interface definitions.
Maintain traceability and clear build setups with thorough documentation.
Lead and participate in hands-on system testing and validation within a dynamic team.
Present prototype findings and data to inform design direction and risk reduction.
Support international collaboration and occasional travel as required.
