Job summary

the7stars is seeking a senior Digital Planning Partner to provide strategic digital leadership across a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with planning, strategy, activation, data and tech specialists to unlock growth, enhance digital effectiveness and accelerate maturity.

Based in a Covent Garden hub, you will manage three Digital Leads and oversee a wider team, guiding advice, measurement frameworks and opportunities across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital media planning, strategy and activation across channels.
• Strong understanding of the digital media ecosystem, measurement and attribution.
• Broad knowledge across direct-buy display, programmatic, SEO and related tech.
• Senior digital leadership with ability to challenge briefs and guide teams.
• Proven experience advising senior stakeholders and driving growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build senior client relationships as a trusted digital, data and tech adviser.
• Lead strategic conversations for long-term digital transformation and growth.
• Develop client measurement frameworks, learning agendas and roadmaps.
• Ensure robust attribution, reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated client solutions.
• Coach planning teams and raise digital capability across the agency.
