Job summary

Reboot Online, one of the UK's largest Digital PR teams, is seeking a Senior Digital PR Manager to own senior client relationships, drive satisfaction, retention and delivery across Digital PR and cross-service accounts.

You will lead onboarding, coordinate across Digital PR, SEO, Data and Design, manage WIPs and supervise a growing team. You’ll partner with Strategists and senior leadership to align delivery with business goals and client expectations, ensuring proactive, trusted service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior Digital PR or client services role, ideally within an agency.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience owning complex or multi-service accounts; line management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop senior client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth
• Lead onboarding and set clear cadence, process, and success measures
• Act as the primary point of contact for cross-service accounts, ensuring alignment across teams
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support renewals where appropriate
• Lead client meetings, including QBRs, with clear communication on performance, progress, and next steps
• Line manage Digital PR team members, setting expectations and improving performance
• Represent Digital PR in cross-departmental projects and integrated account discussions
