Job summary

We’re working with a highly regarded digital agency that’s investing in its people and client offering. They’re seeking an experienced Digital PR Manager to lead a talented team, drive exceptional client results, and shape the future of the function.

You’ll own Digital PR strategy and delivery across a varied client portfolio, manage senior client relationships, mentor the team, and collaborate with SEO, Content and Paid Media on integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital PR, outreach, media relations, or communications experience.
• Previous experience managing and developing a team.
• Track record of delivering successful campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a talented Digital PR team
• Creating and delivering innovative, data-led Digital PR strategies
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted senior advisor
• Overseeing campaign delivery, performance, and reporting
• Building strong relationships with journalists, publishers, and media contacts
• Collaborating with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams on integrated campaigns
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, performance, and client outcomes
• Supporting agency growth through client development and new business opportunities
