Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions seeks an experienced Digital Performance Analyst to support high-profile digital services within an Agile, multidisciplinary team. You will use data and analytics to understand user behaviour, measure effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve outcomes.

You will define KPIs, build dashboards, analyse digital journeys and present findings to stakeholders, driving major digital transformation and better user experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Performance Analyst in large-scale digital programmes.
• Strong experience building KPIs, performance frameworks and dashboards.
• Expertise in digital analytics and user journey analysis.
• Ability to combine multiple data sources to create meaningful performance insights.
• Experience working within Agile multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to communicate complex analysis to a wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience influencing service improvements through evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement performance measures aligned to user and business needs.
• Develop and maintain performance frameworks, KPIs, dashboards and reporting.
• Analyse digital journeys using analytics and other data sources to identify areas for improvement.
• Combine front-end and back-end data to provide a complete view of service performance.
• Deliver actionable insights that drive better user experiences and service outcomes.
• Provide expertise on analytics implementation, data collection and performance measurement.
• Present complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with service teams and stakeholders to support major digital transformation initiatives.
